Let's think of 10 years ago. our internet culture was lower class. many people dosen't think of other people's thinking. we thought in internet, we can write down anything because nobody know who wrote down. so when I looked comment half of the comment was bad word or rumor. at that time internet manner is really bad. however after changing system which is using real name system, bad word and rumor was decareasing.
in this respect I think we need to use real name system as these day. of course this system has some problem which invade somebody's privacy. it's absolutely truth. if all internet site have to use real name, liberty right will be disappeared on the internet. in my opinion we need to seperate portal side and political side such as news. portal side is more important to keep somone's privacy because it's personal thing but political side is more important to make sure truth or block bad word and rumor because it has a lot of sensitve subject. if someone write down rumor in site , many people will believe rumor. but if someone need to use their real name , they won't write down rumor so I think internet real name system need.

social commerce
Actually, I was used social commerce but I'm not using it now because It makes me spending a lot of money. do you know why I spend lots of money although social commerce is sale to sell a coupon?
I think it temped me to buy a coupon because it's cheap even though I don't need that product or coupon.
but I thought it's just my own thinking so it's not big problem however when I debate with our group, my group's thinking is similar as me. I recognized social commerce have some problem with us even though its purpose is getting cheaper products.
I think social commerce has both advantage and disadvantage. the best advantage is cheaply getting product or meal coupon. maybe almost all peopl like to pay cheaper than original price if it's same thing. the social commerce help us to pay cheaper price. however opposite side said sometimes the quality is worse than original product. it is the best disadvantage in my opinion. however in my case, I didn't have got a bad service from coupon which I bought from social commerce. so actually I belive social commerce is useful method to cheaply buy products.

Marijuana
when I gave a presentation about marijuana, I introduced about marijuana like a marijuana sales man. Because I guess if I give a presentation normally no one won't think marijuana is good. so we become a sales man.
In my presentation many information said marijuana is better than cigarette or alcohol which it is different from our original thinking which cigarette and alcohol are more healthful and security and no toxicity than marijuana. so it's really confusing whether it's ok to be a legal or not. eventhough I gave a presentation which is simillar to sales man , I didn't agree to be a legal in korea. in my mind it's bad thing like cigarette and alcohol although it's including a little bit bad ingredients. I said it didn't have toxic ingredient but it cause changing our feeling sesitively. and I think if someone smoke marijuana , they will like which is sensitive feeling after smoking marijuana. so they don't stop smoking marijuana eventhough it doesn't have toxic ingredient. so that's why I don't agree to be a legal in korea.
I don't have another reason to block that marijuana is legal. I just think it cause toxicity and it's also including bad ingredient.

Black out
I'd like to talk about black out in Korea. when I saw the presentation, first I thought electronic problem in Korea. their subject is whose fault to occure black out. and we are discussion how to prevent our black out.
they just said it's goverment's fault or electronic company's fault or people's fault. however I think the fault is underdeveloped policy. do you know korea's electronoic fee is similar to developing country's fee even though korea is developed country in my opinion. that means our electronic fee policy is not fair and strange. so we have to change our electronic fee policy from low price to increasng price. In korea's policy of electronic fee, Kepico which is only one electronic exchanged company in korea is deficit. if they want to make money they have to increase electronic fee around 10%.
but many people want to not increase electronic fee because they get burden in their life. so it's irony in my opinion. we said black out is goverment's fault but if goverment try to increase money we don't like it.
Of course we have strange policy that giving down the electronic price to big company. however goverment said if the price will be go up, the cost of living will be increase as well. but I think it's also ridiculous.
So I want to say we have to increase electronic fee to solve the black out because we throw away a lot of electronicity. if we increase it, we will save electronic and always think about it

Wedding
I think almost all people have dream of beautiful married life like tale stories. so when they carefully find a boy/girl friend or a future partner. and they also want to meet their partner in unexpected situation. however it is too hard to meet each other without introducing someone from friend or family. but if someone doesn't have wide personal connection they wouldn't have a lot of chance to meet a people. at that time do you know how they find their future wife? So, we get helped by marriage bureau.
I think we actullay need a marriage bureau. however I think it cause divorce as of now. because it has some problem which is making a rank to people. the rank tell us we are product like cow which have rank such as A,A+,A++ . it's very dangerous way to make rank to people because marrige is not buying product. marrige is living together for rest of their life. but if we are helped by marriage bureau we will think about their background so it's too hard to delete rank system. but if you use marriage bureau you may not check their personality. you only know their money and educational background and appearance. it's also important however the most important factor is personality.

English education
If you has been living Korea, you has got stressed from studying English. that means we can't avoid learning English eventhough it's not our mother tongue. So that's why we always think how to study and improve english.
according to presentation, I think entire topic is changing our education system. and they give some way to change our education system. in presentation, I'm interested in when we have to teach the english kids who they are before enterance into elementary school. when we debated about that question, some group said it's not neccesary to teach english to kids. however I think If we have ability to teach english to kids, I suggest teaching it to them.
the first reason is it makes kids to be interested about english. If you don't hear the english before we publicaly learn english, you will get embarrased and not fun. and then you might lose interest learning it like me. in my case I didn't study english before enter the school and english is really difficult so I never study english before I'm junior in universit. it shows us it's really imortant to first encounter something.
second reason is it helps about pronounciation. when we are getting old, it's too hard to change our pronounciation. it's not really important to coversation with foreinor in my opinion but you think about why we need good pronounciation. I think pronounciation give us confidence of speaking language. and if you have confidence, you can speak english whenever, whereever you want
third reason is our education system. I already metioned korea need to change English education system. but it's too hard to change education system because of SAT(scholastic ability test). however if you study it when you are kids, you will get different education system. The Jeju naval base project
when I listen the project of constructing Jeju naval base, I changed my thinking from the opinion which is making basement to the opinion which is canceled basement project. So I searched on the internet to know which is better. after I searched about this topic, I would decide we need to construct the Jeju naval basement.
in the presentation, Kang-jung residents try to keep their villeage and to protect enviroment. Furthermore, when the goverment took a poll, many Kang-jung residents didn't participate to take a poll. and they said the Jeju island try to designate world heritage so we don't need to make basement. they want to construct to south part of peninsula.
When I saw the presentation I totally agree with their opinion to make another city without Jeju island. But I recognized about the main reason of constructing naval basement in Jeju island because of Ieodo. the Ieodo is the most south part of island in Kroea. there has a lot of natural resources and imortant function of checking typhoon ,coming Korea. however the countries like Japan and China try to get the Ieodo so the korea need to protect Ieodo.
But some people and I also thought we can build up another city. why we need to construct in Kang-jung villeadge. I thought China and Japan is near the Ieodo so if they attack the Ieodo, we will attatch later than other country. so we need naval basement near the Ieodo and the best place is Kang-jung villeadge.
I think we have to build up the naval basement for protecting the Korea eventhough the Kang-jung residents get disadvantage.
